1. Agreement to these terms
What these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EtsyScope, including the website, application, tools, reports, workflows, billing features, support, and managed ranking order pages.
Your acceptance
By accessing or using EtsyScope, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EtsyScope.
2. The EtsyScope service
Self-service tools
EtsyScope provides research, listing analysis, keyword insights, title and tag tools, image recommendations, description generation, marketing content, shop analysis, rank tracking, saved reports, and workflow features for Etsy sellers.
Managed services
EtsyScope may also offer managed Etsy ranking and listing optimization services at fixed per-listing pricing, with a free shop audit included in ranking orders.
Product changes
We may add, remove, limit, rename, or change features as the product evolves. Some tools may be available only on specific plans.
3. Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account, contact, and billing information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You may not share account access in a way that abuses plan limits or licensing.
4. Seller responsibility and marketplace results
You control your shop
EtsyScope provides recommendations, analysis, drafts, and generated content. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any changes to your listings, shop, images, tags, descriptions, policies, prices, or marketing content.
No guaranteed outcomes
Etsy rankings, sales, traffic, conversion, favorites, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control. EtsyScope does not guarantee specific marketplace results.
Marketplace compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, tags, claims, photos, policies, and product information you use comply with Etsy rules, applicable laws, and third-party rights.
5. Plans, limits, and billing
Plan access and usage limits
Some features may be limited by plan, daily usage, account status, or Pro-only access rules. Fresh successful tool runs may count toward usage limits; cached results, failed runs, validation errors, and report views may be treated differently depending on product policy.
Paid subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your plan from your billing page where available.
Refunds
Fees already paid may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy or written agreement.
6. Managed ranking order requests
Order requests and payment
Submitting a ranking order request does not create an obligation for EtsyScope to start work until the fixed order price, selected listings, timing, and payment terms are confirmed.
Fixed ranking service pricing
Ranking service pricing is $20 per selected listing with a minimum of 5 listings and a $100 minimum order. The order total is calculated from the selected listing count subject to the minimum order requirement.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use EtsyScope for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, Pro-only access, usage tracking, authentication, or security controls.
- Do not scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
- Do not upload, submit, or generate content that you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use generated content in a way that violates marketplace rules, advertising laws, or third-party rights.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute EtsyScope access without written permission.
8. Third-party services and Etsy data
Service providers
EtsyScope may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, AI generation, image processing, keyword intelligence, and data retrieval.
Etsy relationship
EtsyScope is independent and is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with Etsy, Inc. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
Provider availability
Some features may depend on third-party availability, rate limits, pricing, policy changes, or API behavior.
9. Content and intellectual property
Your content
You retain ownership of content, inputs, shop references, listing details, and materials you provide. You grant EtsyScope the limited rights needed to process that content, generate results, store reports, provide support, and operate the service.
EtsyScope property
EtsyScope, including its software, design, workflows, branding, documentation, and proprietary content, is owned by EtsyScope or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform except as allowed by these Terms.
10. Availability and support
Availability
We work to keep EtsyScope reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, incidents, security updates, or product changes.
Support
Support channels and response times may vary by plan, request type, and operational availability.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Service provided as is
EtsyScope is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limited liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EtsyScope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, marketplace ranking changes, or business interruption.
12. Suspension and termination
When access may be restricted
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, misuse the platform, create security risk, or use EtsyScope in a way that may harm users, providers, EtsyScope, or third parties.
13. Changes and contact
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms as EtsyScope changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
