1. Information we collect

Account and profile details

When you create an account, we may collect your email address, name, country, timezone, onboarding answers, profile settings, plan status, and communication preferences.

Tool activity and saved work

When you run EtsyScope tools, we store the inputs you provide, normalized inputs, generated results, saved reports, workflow progress, usage counters, cache status, run history, timestamps, tool status, and error details when needed.

Etsy shop, listing, and keyword context

If you enter an Etsy shop, listing, keyword, or URL, we may retrieve public marketplace information needed for the requested tool. This can include listing titles, images, tags, prices, reviews, favorites, shipping details, policies, shop profile information, and similar public data.

Billing, support, and quote requests

If you upgrade, request support, or submit a managed ranking quote, we may collect plan records, receipt history, selected listings, service goals, contact details, support messages, admin notes, and request status history.

Technical and security data

We may collect IP address, browser, device, page, referrer, session, performance, error, and security logs to keep EtsyScope reliable, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

2. How we use information

  • Provide tool results, saved reports, history, workflows, and dashboard views.
  • Personalize onboarding, account preferences, and product recommendations.
  • Apply plan access, usage limits, Pro-only rules, and billing status.
  • Process subscriptions, renewals, receipts, support requests, and managed quote requests.
  • Send account, product, usage, rank movement, billing, and support emails.

3. Providers and AI features

External service providers

EtsyScope may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, email delivery, analytics, keyword intelligence, AI generation, image processing, and marketplace data retrieval.

AI-generated recommendations

Some tools generate titles, descriptions, tags, recommendations, summaries, or image suggestions. We send only the information reasonably needed to complete the requested action. Generated output should be reviewed by you before publishing or using it in your shop.

Deletion requests

You can contact support to request deletion of account data. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

  • Update account details and email preferences from your account page where available.
  • Unsubscribe from optional emails using the unsubscribe link.
  • Delete saved reports where the product allows it.

8. Security, children, and international use

Children
